Medical Review Policy
Health and mental-health content on Tips4She is reviewed by qualified, credentialed clinicians before publication, so you can trust that what you read reflects current evidence.
Who reviews our health content
Our medical reviewers are licensed professionals — for example board-certified physicians, OB-GYNs, registered dietitians and clinical psychologists. Each reviewer is named on the articles they check, with their credentials, and has a public profile.
What review involves
Reviewers check that medical claims are accurate, current, and aligned with recognised clinical guidance; that risks and limitations are described fairly; and that the guidance does not overstate certainty. Content is revised until it meets that standard.
Not medical advice
Our content is for general information and education. It is not a substitute for personalised advice from your own doctor or qualified professional. Please see our medical disclaimer.
Updates
Guidelines change. We review health guides periodically and after significant new evidence; the "last updated" date on each article shows when it was last checked.
